after mths of inactivity on veeoneone, i'm back once more. muahahahaha....(warning: *image intensive with over 20 pics)
will jus do a short update on invigorate games...
move on the soccer (guys) first.
here is our tkd black-belt goaliee, shannon. he nv fails to put his black belt on for every game as a form of reminder to the opponent team's forward that every ball that goes in e net is priced at a broken arm (that is probably y he can afford a smile at e cam despite the on-going game against v13 at e finals).
cephas who initially could only play a match( due to personal commitment) went on to play all the matches, forming a formidable trio with nick and leqiao.
goin after the ball with subra( one of v14's faster player) right after him.
goin thru a ip2 defender( he probably decide to row over when he realise that the defence line will jus eventually be broken) in the match against v13.
and who can forget Nick, who put in 2 goals which eventually got us the 2-1 win over v13 at e finals,clinchin the 3rd placing.
wat's more---> he was playing bare-footed for all the games while on a field that was filled with opponent players wearing soccer boots. that will probably give him a couple of bruises with e continous tramplin from the soccer boots' studs.
our defenders certainly did put up a great fight too.
yanle here who kena a injured ankle n a broken specs after the 1st game was still up n running for v11, sprinting towards zeri frm mid-field .
the ball eventually got passed on by a v11 denfender after yanle gave it a slight kick (n zeri jumped up in rage) jus centimeteres away frm the goal post.
Sky (the ever so-relaxed defender who usually requires a shout or 2 to remind him a ball was coming) n ET (who played with a toe injured due to certain sum mysterious activty) taking on Jared. and of cos the ball became our possesion after this little struggle near e goal area.
let's no forget the others who had sacrificed a limb or two on the field ---> leqiao (went thru most of matches n was no doubt a threat to all opposing teams despite having a injured thigh in e mids of the 2nd match). God yap ZC ( who volunteered his services while injured players took a quick rest). our juniors--> Esmond, Jerald, Elroy, Alvin n anyone else i had missed out (who played every game as if " it was their last", putting in wateva they had for the class).

the opponent's defender misses the ball again and again...
the credit will have to go to the captains who risked it all by jumping on that tiny area on the chair jus to grab the ball n the good passes frm team members.
the defenders certainly did a great job there. Grace and June here, enclosing the possiblity of a v13 player frm passin the ball on.
every effort they got = every method possible. jus like how shannon warn others with breakin their arms, Jiayi with her hands (or mayb claws) in position and face twitched like a hungry feline, threatenin to pounch if the opponent doesn't raise her arm and admit defeat. click on the pic for a better look for wat i was tokin abt.
our forwards also teamed up well despite coming frm different yrs. marianne here together with grace who was ard to ensure the ball reaches the hands of the captain.
the strength n speed of v11 players were evident even on the small court as u can see. only a couple of the opponent team's player could catch up when our forward was passing the ball on to the captain.
before i end off, here is the team that made it possible for v11 to clinch the champion title yest.

and let's no forget the supporters who aided in boostin the morale of the players.

this was probably one of the few interactions that 05 had with 06. one bein the jr-sr interaction at e start of e yr and the next being this. it did turn out pretty well. still got a few more games to go (floorball guys n gals, volleyball mixed & bball guys),grab the opportunites to interact and claim some glory for v11 i guess.
