class fund
hello everyone
remember i collected $5 from all of you earlier this year for the pegasus house fund?
due to many people claiming money from the class fund for miscellaneous stuff like curtains, varnish for the platform, paint etc, and because the house fund money was conveniently in the fund and we did not have enough class fund to pay, i paid our classmates with the house fund. so it is all very confusing for jovena now because mathematically the class fund should be in a deficit but in actual fact it is not (because the house fund has not been submitted yet since it wasnt asked for).
so, is it ok if we simplify matters and change the collection of 'house fund' to 'class fund' and she shall collect house fund again. in this way, the money which i paid our classmates can be legitimately paid for using our class fund. okok? posted by margaret at 8:35 PM
