5 things to do before cross country
1) drink lotsa (zero.five to one.five lit) plain/salt water* before u slp
2) have lotsa rest (rest early) **
3) check that ur running shoes are in gd/workable condition***
4) sms leqiao and wish him luck****
5) visit
